A real charity site for an organisation that is estimated to have saved 500,000 lives a year in Africa alone after Bandim was formed in 1978. They study the non-specific effects of vaccines and drive vaccine policy around the world.
While they produce many articles and publications on vaccine research, for the general public the data can be hard to penetrate. This is a global media friendly site intended to evoke emotion and have 'soundbites'.
The 'project' page is to help them recruit up and coming PhD students and explain what the next couple of years will hold. Please take the time to read about their important research.
Imagery by a documentary photojournalist and the site was designed and populated by Steve and Ane. No other designers were used. Est time: 25 hours of site design and 1000's of hours of research linked.

I built this website for my sister-in-law who is a professional horse chiropractor. She works full-time in a medical company but treats horses in her spare time, especially now when she is on maternity leave.
I've set up a Mono Scheduling account to make it easy for her to receive and manage bookings.
The site has a simple structure and is easy for her to manage without my help. I hope to expand it a bit with better images and content about her profession.

My best friend's company, Far Her!, is the equivalent of a “mødregruppe” (mother’s group), but for fathers!
The purpose of the father-child activity group is to allow fathers' of children aged 0-3 to spend more time with their children, while at the same time forming a community with other fathers and openly exchanging experiences with each other.
